# Twire

> Twire is a Swedish led technology company in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Since 2018 we have helped companies across Europe go digital with bespoke software, AI solutions, automation and integrations, cloud modernisation, dedicated engineering teams, IT strategy and GDPR privacy consulting.

Twire was founded in 2018 by Swedish founders, who manage delivery. Its privacy consultants hold the IAPP CIPM and IAPP CIPP/E certifications, and a data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses are in place before any engineer gets access to client personal data, so privacy is built into the software Twire delivers.
